This is a key, all-round role combining office management, support, legal, HR and property-related administration. * Organization of meetings, corporate documentation and general administration * Management of internal databases (company cars, badges) and coordination with leasing partners * Supporting the (lease registrations, KYC documentation, powers of attorney) * HR support: payroll preparation, onboarding/offboarding, leave management and coordination with the social secretariat * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) * Exposure to multiple departments (Legal, HR, Property, Management) A great opportunity for someone looking for a diverse and hands-on position at the heart of an organization.
