Wij willen ons Service Desk-team in Tubeke/Evere versterken met een IT Service Desk Engineer. * Je biedt eerstelijns service desk support aan interne klanten en helpt hen met hardware- en softwareproblemen, zowel face-to-face als via ons online ticketsysteem. * Je levert een hoog niveau van klantendienst voor alle supportvragen en volgt alle principes van service management.
