As the primary point of contact, you will manage end-to-end client administration-including contract registration, key tracking, and coordination of all stay-related needs. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client experiences across our portfolio of luxury rentals, primarily serving international guests. You'll also handle incoming calls and emails, clients and to the right departments, and perform occasional front-desk duties. * Administer client files: contract onboarding, key handovers, and stay monitoring * Serve as first-line support for clients and regarding move-in/move-out reports, inquiries, and issues * Conduct occasional apartment viewings with clients or * Opportunity to grow within a stable, client-focused organization
