The Sales Director – Export is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, brand development, and market expansion across international export markets, in particular Eastern / Southeast Europe. We are seeking a seasoned, internationally experienced sales leader with a strong FMCG background, capable of shaping and executing our brand and growth strategy across multiple markets, leading diverse networks, and delivering profitable growth. Reporting to the of the Developing Countries' business, the role leads the definition and execution of the international sales and marketing strategy for the HARIBO brand. * Lead the development and execution of export sales and marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, category strategies, and portfolio priorities in the confectionery FMCG sector.
