The Associate Recruiting Manager is an integral part of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the associate recruiting function for the Brussels office, supporting the Recruiting Committee in hiring law clerks, trainees and lateral while managing all aspects of the Trainee and Law Clerk Program, including orientation, events, programming, training, and performance management, and ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience.
