The Associate Recruiting Manager is an integral part of Latham's Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the associate recruiting function for the Brussels office, supporting the Recruiting Committee in hiring law clerks, trainees and lateral associates while managing all aspects of the Trainee and Law Clerk Program, including orientation, events, programming, training, and performance management, and ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience. * Overseeing a team that supports the manager and the firm in all endeavours; organising, assigning, delegating, and coordinating staff work to manage workflow and resources effectively, especially during peak periods, while fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment
