This role oversees inbound operations, warehouse management, shipment coordination, logistics claims, and returns across all stock locations. * Lead Logistics Claims and Returns processes * Support quality in opening non-conformities when inbounds fail visual inspection and communicate claims to - Logistics Claims Management * Receive logistics claims from the Customer Care teams and validate administrative resolution (if credit note). * Report the logistics Claims status to Logistics Manager and Quality team for further root cause analysis.
