The Warehouse Lead EMEA is a key partner to embecta's third-party logistics (3PL) providers and consignment locations across the EMEA region. This role oversees inbound operations, warehouse management, shipment coordination, logistics claims, and returns across all stock locations. * Lead Logistics Claims and Returns processes * Act as the for the WMS embecta-3PL integration for all EMEA region warehouses * Update warehouse management SOP. Prepare monthly warehouse management and transportation KPI's, explain results and propose corrective actions for Dock to Stock, Damaged Goods, Inventory Accuracy,% Scrapping and Warehousing Costs * At least 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, 3PL management and WMS integration projects, preferably in the health care industry, in a multi-cultural environment
