• Je ontwerpt en modelleert trajecten voor gebruikers en diensten (persona's, customer journeys, service blueprints...). • Je creëert oplossingen samen met klanten, projectteams en gebruikers en kan deze vertalen naar een product of dienst. • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als of je hebt een master of bachelor in Productontwikkeling of IT met bewezen kennis van design sprints en het Agile-ontwikkelingsproces. • Je vormt de schakel tussen de gebruikerservaring en het concrete ontwerp van digitale interfaces, met name dankzij je vaardigheden op het gebied van wireframing, waarbij je elementen zoals user journeys of service blueprints vertaalt naar tastbare digitale oplossingen. IT-functies kunnen rekenen op een mobiliteitsbudget met de keuze voor een bedrijfswagen en/of terugbetaling openbaar vervoer.
