As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You translate unstructured questions into clear, practical solutions and proactively guide and customers to get maximum value from our platforms. * Act as an of the Banqup platforms and related Banqup solutions, supporting in their digital administrative and financial processes. * Guide and support accountants, resellers, and partners in onboarding and activating their SME clients on the platform. * Support in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * A strong interest in IT, cloud-based platforms, and digital solutions; affinity with invoicing, accounting, or document management is a strong plus.
