As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You combine partner and customer success, commercial mindset, and technical affinity to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term usage of our digital solutions. * Partner & Customer Success You translate unstructured questions into clear, practical solutions and proactively guide and customers to get maximum value from our platforms. You work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Implementation teams and play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and sustainable growth. * Support partners and customers in the setup and usage of digital document flows, including invoicing, payments, and administrative workflows.
