In your role as CRM Manager Sport & Casino, you will be responsible for the end-to-end CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, for the Belgian and Dutch markets. * Managing customer lifecycle communications (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn prevention) across multiple channels (email, web push, web inbox, etc.) * Designing and managing segmented, personalized, and automated CRM campaigns based on customer behaviour, preferences, and value * Collaborating closely with data, product and technical teams to leverage customer insights and improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance * You have experience working with customer segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys * You are business-minded, results-driven, and continuously look for ways to improve customer engagement and value
