Our client is a Belgian family-owned company with over 100 years of experience in the distribution of premium technical equipment for the agricultural sector, the green/landscaping sector, and material handling. * Lead the commercial strategy: annual sales plan, margins, product mix * Animate and guide the sales & marketing team (define priorities, coordinate & coach the team on the field) - you will be responsible of 3 areas , 3 & 2 persons in the back office * Act as main link between manufacturer & internal teams; track KPIs, market trends, bonuses * Experiences with long selling cycle & technical products (agriculture, machinery, industry) * Previous experience in people management or team coaching * Strategical mindset coupled with the willingness to remain operational & available for the teams
