Daarvoor doen wij een beroep op een multidisciplinair team ( ergo therapeuten, kinesisten, logopediste, medewerkers wonen en leven ). Wij wensen dit team te versterken, met iemand met motivatie , en aandacht voor het welzijn van de bewoners. - U maakt deel uit van het multi disciplinaire team in het WZC, en neemt vanuit uw expertise deel aan de MDO's, briefings waar nodig, en hebt daar de nodige inbreng. - U staat in voor het organiseren van individuele of groeps'activiteiten', ter ondersteuning van de zelfredzaamheid van onze bewoners, of vanuit het aspect 'leven'.
