En tant que Maintenance & Engineering Manager, vous pilotez la stratégie technique du site en alignant les activités maintenance, engineering et facilities avec les objectifs opérationnels de l'usine. En direct, vous accompagnez 6 clés : le Responsable Maintenance, le Responsable Facilities, l'Ingénieur Fiabilité, l'Ingénieur Automation, le Spécialiste Technique ainsi que le Planificateur Maintenance. Au quotidien, vous reportez et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec Bastien, du site, et reportez également au de la BU Engineering. * Vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle des équipes Maintenance et Facilities, en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs de performance, de coûts et de ressources. * Manager collaboratif et pédagogue, vous savez fédérer vos équipes autour d'objectifs communs et développer l'engagement collectif. * Ceres Recruitment * Barchon * Vast contract, onbepaalde tijd * Voltijds
