Gestion de la relation client * Développer activement votre portefeuille clients en comprenant leurs besoins et en leur proposant des solutions adaptées. * Suivre les évolutions du marché, les tendances, les attentes des clients ainsi que les activités de la concurrence. * Suivre la rentabilité de chaque client et mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour l'optimiser. * Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie dans une fonction commerciale B2B avec une forte orientation développement.
