You will follow established procedures, help build our knowledge base, and contribute to small IT projects. * Manage and support Microsoft Entra, M365, and Active Directory (user lifecycle, group policies, permissions); * Follow IT service desk processes and best practices; * Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base; * Support small-scale IT projects as assigned. * 1–3 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a Level 2 or similar role; * Experience with IT ticketing systems and documentation; * Able to manage complexity and optimize work processes. * Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
