Je combineert commerciële flair met technische affiniteit en bouwt duurzame relaties op met industriële klanten. * Je identificeert en benadert nieuwe klanten via beurzen, events, LinkedIn en directe prospectie * Je onderhoudt relaties met bestaande klanten (±30% farming) en legt de nadruk op actieve prospectie (±70% hunting) * Je volgt het volledige commerciële traject op — van eerste contact tot offerte en contract * Je werkt grotendeels autonoom op de baan/bij klanten en bent gemiddeld één keer per maand op kantoor in België

Basée à Forest (Bruxelles), la filiale belge du Metarom Group (fondé en 1953) compte 30 collaborateurs en Belgique et s'inscrit dans un groupe international de 250 employés. * Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de conquête pragmatique. * Mesurer la performance et mettre en place des actions correctives. * Expérience en vente B2B industrielle, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire.
