Vos serez en relation avec le helpdesk ou l'expert technique pour les problèmes structurels, avec l'IT et le business qui représentent les utilisateurs, ainsi qu'avec des intervenants externes. - suivre les problèmes en production signalés par le business ; En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous collaborez également au développement de ces applications business, toujours en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
