Solliciteer als één van de eersten * Oversee and optimise daily monitoring of Service Channel and Coupa, including supplier creation and integration. * Oversee and develop relationships with suppliers and service providers (control offices, maintenance companies, lifts/escalators, HVAC, etc.). * Manage store claims and serve as the main contact for insurance partners, landlords, tenants, and service providers. * Maintain daily communication with service providers to build strong relationships, clarify requirements, and improve results—while ensuring alignment with stores and Head Office teams. * Excellent professional writing skills, with a keen sense of organisation, attentive listening, and a strong service mindset towards store teams.
