Als Account Manager TDS werk je mee aan de uitbouw en doelgerichte verkoop van ons gamma groot formaat printers. Verantwoordelijkheden * Het assortiment bestaat uit een breed gamma groot formaat printers, finishing producten zoals snij- en vouwapparaten en diverse hard-en software opties. * Je richt je tot Corporate Key Accounts, CAD Engineering, studiebureau's en overheidsinstanties verspreid over gans Vlaanderen. * Hiertoe benader je zowel KMO's die actief zijn in de architectuur, constructie- en engineeringwereld als bedrijven actief in de industrie of utiliteitssector.
Gestion des absences: Vous mettez en œuvre une politique de prévention, des programmes de santé, un suivi de la charge de travail et un processus et une politique de réintégration E2E (de bout en bout) après une absence. Votre objectif principal est d'améliorer le bien-être des 8000 collaborateurs et de minimiser les risques en matière de sécurité et de santé. * Évaluation et gestion des risques: Vous organisez et coordonnez les analyses de risques, formulez des mesures de prévention et contrôlez leur mise en œuvre en étroite collaboration avec les unités opérationnelles (business). * Stakeholder management & coaching: Vous développez et entretenez des relations durables avec les parties prenantes internes (directeurs régionaux, Stores Technical, Immo, Qualité) et externes (service externe de prévention, inspection du travail).
