As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Implementation teams and play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, partner engagement, and sustainable growth. * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong customer-oriented and commercial mindset. * A strong interest in IT, cloud-based platforms, and digital solutions; affinity with invoicing, accounting, or document management is a strong plus. * Excellent communication skills, with a very good knowledge of Dutch and English * A proactive, well-organized, and ownership-driven attitude. * Strong listening skills and the ability to explain technical or complex topics in a clear and accessible way. * A team-player mindset, with flexibility in time and location.
