We're looking for a versatile Project Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our growing water monitoring technology team. As a Project Manager, you will be a key member of our Delivery Team to deploy strategic projects and move the needle forward in our business. * Onboarding & Support: Guide customers through platform onboarding after installation completion and handle support requestsIdentify accounts for upsell potential: Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3-5 major deployments) * Ability to switch between deep project focus and long term account management - Initially focused on managing large-scale deployments, the role may evolve toward either specialized project management or account management based on business needs and your strengths.
