You will serve as the bridge between the team and the Sales Manager, taking ownership of people management and operational coordination, while contributing to key customer and commercial activities. Sales Operations Management * Ensure excellence in pricing, tenders, negotiations, forecasting, commercial campaigns, and pipeline management. * Support the execution of Sales strategies for key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, ITGs, and competitor‑aligned customers. Business & Stakeholder Management * Proven ability to lead and influence experienced Sales teams - remote team management is a strong asset. * Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations, business development, and customer relationship management.
