Support partners in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * Translate partner requirements into clear use cases and coordinate internally with Product or Technical teams when needed. You combine partner and customer success, commercial mindset, and technical affinity to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term usage of our digital solutions. You understand both the business challenges of partners and accountants and the technical and process-oriented aspects of digital document flows, invoicing, and financial administration. * Technical & Process-Oriented Support * A strong technical understanding of terms such as API,SFTP, Integrations, Postman/Insomnia, Swagger/OpenAPI, Webhooks. * Strong listening skills and the ability to explain technical or complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
