In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies to drive player engagement, retention, and value across our Sportsbook and Casino products. In your role as CRM Manager Sport & Casino, you will be responsible for the end-to-end CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, for the Belgian and Dutch markets. * Managing customer lifecycle communications (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn prevention) across multiple channels (email, web push, web inbox, etc.) * Monitoring, analysing, and optimizing CRM performance using KPIs such as retention, engagement, conversion, and player lifetime value * You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, casino, or a similar data-driven environment
