De businessnoden analyseren en end-to-end processen ontwerpen voor nieuwe projecten of de optimalisatie van bestaande oplossingen - Gebruikersacceptatietesten (UAT) uitvoeren en/of coördineren - Documentatie schrijven voor nieuwe projecten en voor evoluties van bestaande processen of systemen - Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in procesanalyse, systeemoptimalisatie en/of change management - Ervaring in een commerciële (Sales, Marketing, Distributie) of operationele omgeving is een plus - Ervaring met Salesforce en/of Genesys is een troef - Zeer goede kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands, en een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en van het Engels
