Gestion de l'aspect administratif, financier et des besoins des clients : réception téléphonique, offres suite à des demandes de prix, relances suite aux offres, encodage des commandes, suivi des commandes dans le système informatique ; * Suivi du planning des formations: relance clients, gestion du planning des formateurs, contacts téléphoniques afin de compléter les formations si nécessaires ; * Suivi des réclamations clients : analyse de celles-ci, élaboration d'un plan correctif (en collaboration avec les personnes impliquées) ; * Relance des clients dormants ; * Gestion et mise à disposition des supports de cours ; * Accueil des clients lors des formations en interne ; * Gestion logistique des salles de formation, des équipements (machine à café, …) et support organisationnel lors des événements. * Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), orienté(e) clients et résultats;
