Support technique & expertise produit * Assurer le support avant-vente et après-vente (niveau expert) Relation client & suivi projets * Être l'interlocuteur technique privilégié des clients * Former les clients à l'utilisation des produits. * Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction et de fidélisation client * Remonter les besoins du marché et les retours clients vers les équipes internes * Excellent sens du service client
