Working closely with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access, you will ensure strong cross-functional alignment and act as a sparring partner to the Country Director in shaping commercial priorities and territory strategies. • Empathic, yet results-driven and able to challenge constructively and inspire others to grow. • Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to translate data, market insights, and field feedback into actionable strategies. • Willingness to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg. Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve excellence in execution. • Translate marketing and strategic plans into clear operational sales actions and measurable objectives. • Monitor and analyse performance data (IQVIA, CRM/OCE, KPIs) to identify opportunities and corrective actions. • Collaborate with the Country Director on territory structure, resource allocation, and incentive plans.
