Wat zal je doen als operational manager bio-wijnproductie? Je maakt de planning op voor welke actie wanneer moeten gebeuren en houdt hierbij rekening met het plukseizoen. * Flexibiliteit – Je werkt in een omgeving waar flexibiliteit een must is, zowel op vlak van planning als werklocatie want onze wijngaard ligt in Frasnes-Lez-Anvaing maar de vinificatie gebeurt in Ghislenghien. Je kunt ook tot 2 dagen per week thuiswerken als de planning het toelaat.
