The Head Chettinad Cook will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of authentic Chettinad cuisine, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have a passion for South Indian cuisine, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Lead the Chettinad line during service; set pace at the pass and coordinate tickets. Coordinate with front-of-house on 86s, specials, and cook times for smooth service.
