Essential is extensive experience (5 to 10 years) in digital omnichannel marketing and sales strategy, organisation, processes and platforms in a B2B context. o You are experienced in driving successful transformation projects of a marketing and sales organisation, its processes & systems towards a more digital approach. You will define the annual customer success plan including all aspects of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. * You manage the end-to-end digital and omnichannel strategy and operationg model across the entire value chain, from customer awareness to customer invoicing * You monitor digital experience and sales performance * You manage external who contribute to the the digital roadmap - o Good understanding of marketing and digital process frameworks and processes, business intelligence both on traditional and advanced analytics (data science, predictive).
