En tant que IT Strategic Planning & Innovation Manager, vous traduisez les objectifs stratégiques en roadmaps business et IT, afin d'accompagner le IS dans l'élaboration de la Stratégie IS de la STIB et de permettre à l'IT Service Costing & Strategic Sourcing Manager de construire un plan budgétaire pluriannuel. * Vous définissez et pilotez la politique et la stratégie du département comprenant 3 services (Enterprise/Business Domain Architecture, Data & Analytics et Digital Innovation). * Vous encadrez le Business Relationship Management. Vous veillez à ce que les besoins stratégiques des métiers (Enterprise/Business Domain Architecture) soient identifiés, œuvrez à la construction d'une relation de confiance et à la création de valeur. Vous veillez à définir les business capability maps et à l'alignement des capacités sur la technologie et la data architecture.
