Voor de verdere ontwikkeling van ons lokaal bestuur zoeken wij een Data Manager die data als strategisch bedrijfsmiddel helpt uitbouwen en zo bijdraagt aan een efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en toekomstgerichte dienstverlening. Als Data Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organisatiebreed sturen, ontwikkelen en bewaken van het databeleid van Groep Dilbeek. Je zorgt ervoor dat data op een kwalitatieve, veilige en doelgerichte manier worden ingezet voor beleid, dienstverlening, rapportering en innovatie. Vanuit een tactisch-strategische rol werk je nauw samen met het managementteam, ICT, informatiebeheer, de Data Protection Officer en de verschillende teams. * Strategie en beleid: je ontwikkelt een organisatiebrede visie op data en datagebruik en vertaalt deze naar een concreet databeleid en een lange termijn roadmap.
