Robert Half is voor een klant op zoek naar een Marketing Automation Specialist (M/V/X) voor een bedrijf in de regio Brussel. * Je ondersteunt bij de ontwikkeling en het beheren van klant- en prospectendatabases in het marketing automation platform. * Je draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van klantreizen en ondersteunt strategische projecten binnen marketing automation. * Je hebt een eerste ervaring met het opzetten en beheren van marketing automation campagnes, bij voorkeur in een B2C-retailomgeving. * Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van marketing automation tools (zoals Adobe Campaign Standard), CRM-systemen en analytische methodes. * Je werkt samen met verschillende teams (marketing, digital, IT, juridisch, enz.) om campagnes te managen en bij te sturen. * Je volgt nieuwe trends en houdt de concurrentie in de gaten door middel van marketing- en concurrentieanalyses (test & learn aanpak).
