As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Process Technology Manager is responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products at the site. This role holds end‑to‑end accountability for process performance and process capability within the plant. It supports manufacturing teams in building capability, implementing process improvements, commissioning equipment, and evaluating new technologies to improve product quality, optimize performance, and reduce costs. * Establish and maintain global operational process standards, including SOPs and process routines. * Lead process optimization initiatives to ensure efficient, stable, and high‑quality production using SPC and data analytics. * Identify challenging products and improve process capabilities by aligning specs with actual performance.
