You will follow established procedures, help build our knowledge base, and contribute to small IT projects. * Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues for end users; * Manage and support Microsoft Entra, M365, and Active Directory (user lifecycle, group policies, permissions); * Follow IT service desk processes and best practices; * Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base; * Work closely with and business users; * Support small-scale IT projects as assigned.
