The Manager, CX Analytics Lead (insights & frameworks) leads the analytical engine of our global CX measurement system. This role translates customer signals: quantitative, qualitative, and financial; into actionable insights, frameworks, and narratives that help the organization improve experiences and unlock sustainable value creation.
