As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Process Technology Manager is responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products at the site. It supports manufacturing teams in building capability, implementing process improvements, commissioning equipment, and evaluating new technologies to improve product quality, optimize performance, and reduce costs. * Provide for daily manufacturing operations and drive capability building on the shop floor. * Manage NPI (New Product Introduction) and PTF (Product Transfers) in collaboration with R&D and Innovation. * Skilled at leveraging big manufacturing data for process improvement and decision‑making * Internal mobility, talent development, and opportunities to shape the future of chocolate manufacturing.
