Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire, vous possédez au moins huit ans d'expérience en tant qu'Architecte ou Lead Developer dans un environnement client/serveur et/ou un environnement .NET basé sur le web (C#, WPF, WCF, MVC, Webapi, ORM, Angular, ASP.Net, Webapi, IIS, Silverlight, HTML5, …). Vous possédez également cinq ans d'expérience en architecture B2B (Service Bus, Web Services, XML…) et B2C.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelor ou de master en informatique et possédez au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans la gestion ou l'architecture d'infrastructures, dont au moins trois ans dans un rôle dirigeant dans l'informatique. Une expérience dans l'architecture d'infrastructure ou la conception de solutions constitue un atout. Enfin, la connaissance des marchés publics, tels que les accords-cadres et les centrales d'achat, ainsi que de l'expérience avec la plateforme e-Procurement constituent un atout supplémentaire.
