Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the DACH region, targeting commercial real estate, facility managers, and industrial facilities. * Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts through direct outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals. * Build and manage a robust pipeline in CRM (HubSpot), maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting. * Represent Shayp at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings across DACH — with travel expected regularly. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months).
