The team drives operational excellence and compliance, enabling effective engagement on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, resilience, cybersecurity, and other priority areas. * Supports execution of EGA's third-party engagement strategy and management of key partnerships. * Synthesizes insights from key influencers and internal subject-matter experts (e.g., Government Affairs, engineering, and business teams) to inform strategic messaging, recommend engagement approaches, and contribute to the advancement of Microsoft's public policy agenda. * Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for internal and external engagement, leads planning and delivery of internal/external events and associated content (briefing books, talking points, audience-specific materials); and partners with communications teams to drive digital and social engagement aligned to campaign goals.
