Vous présentez nos produits et notre stratégie auprès de nos clients « clefs » et développez avec eux des actions marketing et commerciales en vue de créer de réels partenariats. * Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec tous les départements internes de VELUX Belgium (marketing, Operations, Logistique…) * Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire à orientation commerciale et/ou marketing, vous disposez d'une solide expérience en relation management dans un contexte B2B. * Vous développez une stratégie de vente en fonction des principales tendances du marché, des besoins de la clientèle et de la stratégie de VELUX Belgium. * Vous gérez en direct un portefeuille de clients « clefs » existant dans le domaine des grandes chaînes de magasins de bricolage. * Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion d'équipe, si possible en orientation B2B, et êtes un leader incontesté

Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns and growth experiments; ensure seamless onboarding with Customer Success. * Partner with Marketing & Sales to build a solid lead generation engine and qualify opportunities. * Be the operational link between market needs and central teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, CS). * Identify organizational needs as the market grows and contribute to planning a future local team (Sales, Marketing, etc.). * Collaboration : you'll partner daily with experienced teams across Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
