As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Process Technology Manager is responsible for improving existing technologies for producing chocolate and/or cocoa products at the site. It supports manufacturing teams in building capability, implementing process improvements, commissioning equipment, and evaluating new technologies to improve product quality, optimize performance, and reduce costs. This role holds end‑to‑end accountability for process performance and process capability within the plant. * Take the lead to set a standard way of working for each technology platform facilitator. * Establish and maintain global operational process standards, including SOPs and process routines. * Lead process optimization initiatives to ensure efficient, stable, and high‑quality production using SPC and data analytics. * Support commissioning of new equipment and technology upgrades.

Vous élaborez le plan directeur des tests et le garder à l'œil afin de pouvoir informer le chef de projet de l'évolution des différentes phases. Vous mettez en place des initiatives d'amélioration pour les activités de test et vous en faites le suivi, ceci tant pour l'automatisation des tests, que pour les tests (non) fonctionnels. Vous vous basez sur votre évaluation des risques pour développer une stratégie de test mentionnant le type de tests à effectuer ainsi que l'ordre à respecter par les testeurs. Vous établissez et communiquez des rapports de tests clairs reprenant le type de tests effectués ainsi que les résultats de ces tests.
