The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and processes that support the company's business objectives and employee experience. * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals * Act as a strategic to leadership and managers on people-related matters * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding * Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent * Design and manage performance review processes * Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans * Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers * Manage relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution * Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and salary reviews * Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
