You will be part of a professional team where customer focus, quality, and growth are key priorities. * Develop a solid understanding of customer support processes, especially in handling service disruptions and recovery efforts. * Begin cultivating strong connections with a select group of clients, while also stepping in to support fellow Customer Service team members when needed. * Collaborate actively across departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. * Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, including any delays or back-orders, by retrieving and sharing relevant data. * Generate invoices based on agreed terms and ensure all shipped items are billed appropriately, especially at month-end. * 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service. * Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
