1) Développer les parts de marché du buyback grâce au- Sourcing : augmenter le nombre de produits rachetés avec la prospection d'organismes ou de clients susceptibles d'avoir des produits dormants,- Vente : faire vivre la stratégie buy back Decathlon Belgique au niveau du magasin en faisant respecter les principes linéaire et agir sur la progression des ventes et la diminution de la durée de vie du stock, 2) Former les collaborateurs et participer au rachat et à la remise en vente des produits (vélos, textiles, chaussures, ...), 3) Garantir la bonne gestion du stock :- Responsable de la qualité des inventaires mensuels en collaboration avec le rayon,- mensuellement la démarque et prendre les actions nécessaires.
