You work across organizational boundaries—including Customer Success, Account Teams, Specialist Sales, Engineering, leadership teams, and the partner ecosystem (GSI/ISV)—to align on the customer's long-term success and ensure a high bar for quality, performance, and value. Orchestrate the Microsoft ecosystem (product, sales, and services) to accelerate impact. Manage long-term account financials, including pipeline/funnel development, revenue, and strategic investments. Success in this role requires the ability to inspire and lead matrixed teams, communicate effectively with , manage delivery and financials with rigor, and build credibility and trust over time.
