Le Business Process & Application Specialist jouera donc un rôle clé au sein de cette équipe, en tant que responsable de la poursuite de l'intégration et de la numérisation de nos applications d'approvisionnement, de la mise en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités et vous fournissez un soutien optimal pour les processus d'approvisionnement. * Soutenir les utilisateurs internes et participer à la résolution des incidents, à la mise en œuvre des changements et à la configuration (fonctionnelle) des applications. * Conseiller et dialoguer avec les utilisateurs clés afin d'identifier les besoins et les domaines d'amélioration des applications et rechercher des solutions. * Gérer les autorisations et former les utilisateurs aux changements apportés aux applications. * Suivre les dernières tendances et évolutions des applications d'approvisionnement dans le marché
